Insecurity and unemployment are the biggest challenges facing most african countries at the moment. Deputy president, William Ruto, who is in Kigali, Rwanda, for an African Development Bank forum, is among the leaders who have vowed to improve on many sectors, such as jobs for the youth and infrastructure.
