The ongoing investigations and attempts to recover the sh 791 million stolen from the National Youth Service (NYS) by former Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Miss Anne Waiguru, and Benson Gethi among others, has taken a dangerous turn after it emerged that the Government has issued a shoot-to-kill order against the NYS thieves.

This was revealed by Patrick Ogola, a lawyer who also under scrutiny for engaging in the NYS scam.
